 Jalilzadeh Aida Mahammad 

Jalilzadeh Aida Mahammad was born on May 24, 1987 in Babek settlement, Babek district. In 1993-2004, he left Babek settlement secondary school with excellent grades. In 2004-2005, she studied in the United States within the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program. As she successfully completed her studies and successfully passed the state exam, she was entitled to receive an official diploma of the US state, and was awarded with certificates and medals. In 2004-2009, she received a bachelor's degree in "English" from Nakhchivan State University and graduated with a red diploma. In 2006, she won the 1st place in the English language at the 11th Republican subject Olympiad of higher school students and was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2006-2009, she was the chairman of the Student Scientific Society of Nakhchivan State University. In 2009-2012, she received a master's degree in "Theory and History of Pedagogy" from Nakhchivan State University and graduated with excellent grades. In 2009-2011, she worked as a tutor at the Faculty of International Relations and Foreign Languages ​​of Nakhchivan State University. Since 2011, she has been a teacher at the "English language and translation" chair of Nakhchivan State University. Since 2014, she has been a PhD candidate at Nakhchivan State University. She is the author of numerous scientific and journalistic articles. She participated in a number of regional and republic level conferences, international projects and trainings, international professional development and online courses and was awarded certificates for her achievements. In 2020, she was elected deputy of the 6th convocation of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. She was elected a member of the Council of Europe Congress Delegation in 2021. In 2023, she was elected Vice-President of the Current Affairs Committee of the Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.
