Admission rules and required documents.

Admission to the university is carried out in accordance with the “Rules for the education of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan in foreign countries, foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 125 dated May 1, 2015.

Foreign citizens must submit the documents required to study at Nakhchivan State University in electronic form on the portal.edu.az website. After the documents are reviewed by the relevant commission, the candidates are invited for a face-to-face interview.

For candidates applying from visa-required countries, the interview can be conducted online.

The place and time of the interview is determined by the University, and the schedule containing information about it and the candidate’s name, surname, and patronymic are posted on the website www.ndu.ed.az at least 3 days before the interview, or a letter is sent via the portal and e-mail.

The candidate participates in the interview by presenting an identity card or a document equivalent to it in accordance with the law.

Each candidate is allowed 15 (fifteen) minutes.

A reference to the result of the interview is sent to the e-mail address of the candidate.

Evaluation criteria:

Language skills

Knowledge level- (theoretical knowledge of the specialty, general knowledge of the interview program, knowledge of information technologies)

Documents required for admission:

Attestation or diploma of the completed education level;

A notarized copy (copies) of the educational document (documents) showing the subjects passed and the grades they received in those subjects;

Health and AIDS references;

Certificate of conviction passport, copy of passport,

Biography;

8 photographs of 3×4 size.

Note:

A foreign student who received a bachelor’s degree outside the Republic of Azerbaijan must confirm the equivalency of his diploma at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan before submitting his documents to study at the master’s degree. After that, he must submit his certified diploma and a notarized copy together with other documents required for admission to the bachelor’s degree.
