Distance Education Center of Nakhchivan State University (hereinafter - the Center) organizes distance education of foreign students on a paid basis.

The center operates under Nakhchivan State University. The center provides the necessary opportunities for distance education of each person.

In addition to studying at the bachelor’s and master’s levels, the center also offers educational programs for professional development, additional education, and online courses.

Distance education graduates are given a diploma (certificate) on completion of education in two languages ​​(Azerbaijani and English). The diploma supplement (transcript) contains a list of all subjects taught, the amount of their credits and the grades obtained in the relevant exams.

The period of study at the bachelor's level is 3-4 years.

Specialization is carried out in preparation for master's degree in distance education, scientific research skills and habits are formed, special attention is paid to learning foreign languages. The period of study at the master's level is 1.5-2 years.

The teaching period of other forms of education, including distance learning, may vary within the time frame determined by the program.

Document acceptance begins in January, and the teaching process begins in February.

Rules

A person who wants to study at Nakhchivan State University should fill out the application form and send it to the e-mail address distance.nsu@gmail.com. After receiving his request, he should pay the tuition fee to the specified bank account and submit the electronic version of the receipt to the e-mail address of the distance education center.

After that, his name will be added to the list of students and a username and password will be sent to his email.

In order to complete the educational process on time, he must regularly fulfill the requirements of the educational program.

Those who wish to study must submit the following documents:

application form (filled in);

depending on the chosen level of education, the electronic form of the document on the completion of the lower level of education (diploma or certificate), as well as the documents (transcript) showing the subjects passed and the grades obtained in those subjects

electronic version of a copy of a citizen’s passport and identity card (and for minors, a birth certificate)

After a positive response to the application, notarized copies of the documents must also be sent to the university by mail.
