Short biographical information

He was born on January 1, 1962 in Nakhchivan.

- In 1967-1978, he studied at school No. 4 in Nakhchivan city.

- In 1979-1983, he studied at the "History" faculty of Nakhchivan State University.

- In 1987-1988, he worked as a dispatcher at Nakhchivan State University, and from 1989-2018, he worked as the head of the educational department.

- In 1994, he worked as a teacher in the "History of Azerbaijan" department, in 2000 as a senior teacher, and since 2011 as an associate professor.

- In 2003, he defended his dissertation on "Foreign Relations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic" (1991-2001) and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in History.

Member of NAP since 1993.

- In 2007, he was awarded the "Advanced Education Worker" badge of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

- Awarded with the "Progress" medal by Order No. 3327 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 31, 2017.

- He is the author of more than 16 scientific articles.

- Received 4 certificates and 1 certificate in connection with participation in training courses and trainings covering the field of education.
